Estate Handling
When someone dies and leaves a weapon to a beneficiary, the sheriff's department will usually take custody of the weapon first, holding it until the intended recipient is able to take possession. It's not uncommon for the weapon to be accidentally destroyed or lost while in custody.
Estate FFL Services
If you have been willed a firearm, we check whether you're cleared to take possession. If you aren't, we can hold it for you and transfer it to you at a later date or facilitate its sale. Your firearm will be placed in a secure facility, we will provide you with a written receipt, and a copy of the receipt will be stored on-site.
Storage and Sales Fees
We charge an annual fee for weapons storage. There is also a transaction fee for facilitating a weapon sale.
